Taurus Advisory exclusively advised the management of GOK Regler- und Armaturen-Gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG on the purchase of assets from Gastechnik Kirchner GmbH.
GOK Regler- und Armaturen-Gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (“GOK”) acquires part of the control and regulation segment and the associated services from Gastechnik Kirchner GmbH (“GTK”). Taurus Advisory exclusively advised the buyer's management throughout the entire transaction process.
GOK Regler- und Armaturen-Gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, a family-owned company based in Marktbreit, is a leading manufacturer of components for control and safety technology for liquid gas and heating oil applications in households, commerce, and industry, as well as for modern tank management.
With this integration, GOK is expanding its portfolio to include tried-and-tested components and systems for commercial gas supply, while also laying the foundation for a new control technology business division. GTK has many years of experience in safety equipment for commercial gas installations. The integrated areas include solutions for commercial kitchens, schools, and laboratories, as well as customer-specific special applications. With the acquisition of GTK's assets and their integration into GOK's existing structure, the company is strengthening its position as the market leader in gas supply technology.
The Taurus Advisory team (Volker Ruhl, Marcus Lichtblau, Francesco Tufano) advised GOK's management on the entire transaction process on the buyer side.
