Taurus Advisory advises FABRI AG on the acquisition of the shares in Henrich Elektroanlagen GmbH & Co. KG
We are pleased to announce that Taurus Advisory (“Taurus”) has supported FABRI AG (“FABRI Group”) in the acquisition of the shares in Henrich Elektroanlagen GmbH & Co. KG (“Henrich”) as part of a succession plan.

The FABRI Group's business model is based on bundling independently managed businesses under a common umbrella, giving them access to professional structures, strategic support and a strong network. Through targeted acquisitions - particularly in succession situations - the FABRI Group is growing sustainably and systematically expanding its service portfolio.
With Henrich Elektroanlagen GmbH & Co. KG from Groß-Zimmern in Hesse, an established electrical engineering company is expanding the FABRI Group network. Founded in 1990 by Ralf Dieter Henrich, the company has been operating successfully in the region around Frankfurt am Main for over three decades. The range of services is broad and extends from classic electrical installations to refrigeration and air conditioning technology, network solutions, photovoltaic systems and modern KNX bus technology. The customer structure is diverse: in addition to private households, commercial and industrial companies are also among the long-standing clients. Founder, managing director and salesman Ralf Dieter Henrich remains active in the company and, together with his team of master craftsmen, ensures continuity in the company.
