CBTW acquires IT Frankfurt GmbH

Taurus Advisory advises the shareholders of IT Frankfurt GmbH on the sale of all shares to Collaboration Betters The World S.A.

The shareholders of IT Frankfurt GmbH sell all shares to Collaboration Betters The World S.A. (short: CBTW; formerly Positive Thinking Company S.A.).

With this transaction, the buyer secures an innovative software developer with a focus on individual software, especially for the financial industry, as well as pragmatic solutions in the areas of process optimization and knowledge transfer. CBTW is thus pursuing a consistent growth strategy in order to further expand its German market position as an expert in software development.
